The BHF North Wales Bike Ride is now in its third year and they expect it to be the biggest and best in 2010. Starting from Rhyl Events Area the route (of 15 or 30 miles) travels along coastal paths, cycle routes and roads around North Wales.   Some of the route is on the National Cycle Paths but please note that in some parts there is a need to cross roads and manoeuvre roundabouts.

The event is not a race and you can take your time, all that is required is that you complete the route and be back at the finishing line by 4pm to collect your medal and raise sponsorship money for taking part: these donations are vital to continue the life saving work in North Wales.

It is an event for all ages and abilities and so why not get a team together to raise money for the worthy British Heart Foundation cause - you never know when you might need them!
