Lane (UK) Designs have just completed the installation of a tube straightening line at UVIS in the Ukraine for their Nikopol Stainless Tube Mill, for tubes of Diameters 32mm to 141mm, wall thickness up to 28mm and tube lengths of 15,000mm running at 120M/min. The installation was signed off this week and is now in full production. The installation was designed by Lane(UK) Designs Ltd here in North Wales, built, installed and commissioned by Reika GmbH of Hagen, Germany and the software and electrical equipment was designed by Electroprojects (dave.reidy@electroprojects.com) of Shrewsbury.  |
